BENJAMIN NAMED "LEGEND OF THE YEAR"
At the 2003 MCA-I
Awards Dinner, Chris Benjamin was named the "Legend of The Year" by the MCA-I Board of Directors.
Due to a committment
to a shoot in Hawaii, Chris was not able to attend the ceremony, but his wife, Janice and son, Scott, accepted the award on
his behalf.
The tribute was in honor of Chris's long history of accomplishments and dedication to the video production
industry in Detroit.

Best of Show Award!
A video to attract interest in Wayne
County Michigan (Detroit) won a "Best of Show" award for Benjamin Creative Productions at the 2002 MCA-I Awards.
Written,
produced and directed by Chris Benjamin, "Wayne County:8 minute download" also won a gold award in the very competitive External
Communications category.
The video shows the best Wayne County has to offer in eight different categories and is written
in a rather irreverant style.
The video was produced for Fast Forward Productions in association with PR Associates.
Wes Heath shot much of the original Betacam video. Editing was handled by Forest Post Productions. The video received a
standing ovation when screened at a Wayne County dinner.

Fall 2004 Chris Benjamin won two awards from the MCA-I Detroit
Chapter, both were for a project he produced for the Ford Motor Company that chronicled the turbulant formation of UAW Local
600 at the famed Rouge Plant.
Benjamin was awarded a Silver Cassette for "Writing", which was the only writing award
of the evening. He also won a Silver Cassette in the category of Internal Communications.
